The ideal experience for me is to work with a tool that looks modern , inviting, friendly and visually appealing. I would expect to see consistency in both interactions and visual patterns as well as a coherent design system. Also, I think it's very important in our business to have a tool that is trustwothy so that users would feel safe to spend their time and money with us and would trust us to help them achieve their business goals.
A simple but deep interface - allows users to drill deeper and deeper as needed, but is never overwhelmed with everything all at the same time.
From a design standpoint, the platform should be easy to use and effective as a tool, hence Intuitive, Friendly and Elegant. I interpret Friendly both to mean inviting in a "I want to click around in this product" kind of way and approachable in a "Uses human-centered language and isn't overwhelming" kind of way.
